The Gabrovo Regional Statistical Office presents to users of statistical information electronic publication Statistical Review of Gabrovo District 2007 (in Bulgarian only) on CD. The issue contains information for the 2000 - 2006 period.
The Statistical Review is divided thematically in 23 subject sections preceded by methodological notes.
̉he data in economic sections are structured by branches. Information is published concerning the population, the labour market, investment and main indicators on the different branches of the economy, indicators on small- and medium-sized enterprises, education, health, justice, culture, tourism and environment.
The data is aggregated on a district and municipality level.
The information is based mainly on conducted surveys included in the NSI's National Program for Statistical Surveys as well as other surveys of Ministries and institutions which are bodies of statistics.
The publication is intended for a wide audience - central and regional bodies of the executive authority, local government authorities, business circles, researchers, lecturers, students at school and university as well as the general public.
